There are mainly two kinds of production technology to produce tea seed oil, cold pressing method and extraction making tea seed oil. Making tea seed oil by cold pressing method is under the condition of 60℃, nutrient content is kept integrally, but the oil yield is low, so its price is high.
Tea seed oil plant is used to process tea seed into tea seed oil, the process is simple, use cleaning machine to remove impurities and dust, use husking machine to remove husk and separate husk from kernel of tea seed. Adopt cold pressing technology to press oil and filtrate it to get crude tea seed oil. The refining process is also very simple, water washing for degumming, bleaching to make it clear, deacidification to remove FFA and get refined tea seed oil.
